Gánovce

Ganovce is an agriculture village, 3 km to south-west from Poprad. The village is known thanks to its archeological findings from nearby Hradek. The most famous finding is a travertine cast of Neanderthal man´s head and animal remainders from the last Ice Age. If you want to see those findings visit Poprad where most of local findings are deposited.
